The Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar, Bose's biggest and most immersive soundbar speaker with Dolby Atmos and Bose TrueSpace Technology, is on sale today. It normally retails for $1,000, but Amazon has both the black and white models brand new for just $649 with free shipping after a 35% off instant discount. This is the lowest price of the year and beats out the previous low we saw during Amazon Prime Day by $30.

The Smart Ultra soundbar is one of Bose's highest end speakers. It measures 41" long and houses a 5.1.2ch array consisting of nine total drivers. Two of these are upward firing dipole drivers for spatial audio and Dolby Atmos supported content. The soundbar also incorporates Bose's TrueSpace technology, which does a great job of simulating a 3-dimensional soundscape even though internal speakers in soundbars are crammed together.
Popular amongst home theater setups nowadays is "A.I. Dialogue Mode". This feature automatically balances voice and surround sound so that you don't need to turn up the volume to deafening levels in order to hear what everyone is saying.
As befits Bose's flagship soundbar, the Smart Ultra boasts great build quality and premium materials, including a swanky tempered glass top. It supports several wireless protocols including Apple AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Spotify Connect, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi, and has a microphone to accept voice commands. Setup is entirely app-based and pretty intuitive.
Amazon is an authorized Bose reseller and the Smart Ultra includes a standard 1 year warranty.
